Attempting to Dispute an Xbox Live Suspension

How do I contact Xbox & who do I speak to about this?

My wife and I use Xbox Live to watch shows/movies on Netflix & Hulu, sometimes YouTube.  I have younger boys who play video games on the system.  For some reason, we received a 1 week ban for "Cheating."  Which my 5 & 8 year old boys absolutely do not know how to do.  The report said they were reported resulting in this ban.  Why does Xbox not reach out to the person reported?  I am beyond furious at this point.  I attempted to dispute the ban and answered 10/10 questions correctly to dispute, and wasn't brought to any dispute page, it just returned me to the original page.

How do I go about contacting Xbox, and who do I talk to about this?  My wife & I would like to use the Xbox Live we pay for every month, and have paid for, for the last 6 years, and the Netflix we pay for, and the Hulu we pay for.  I'm thinking we should just switch to PlayStation.  Any suggestions?

Thank you.

Answer

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bans. Submitting a case review at http://enforcement.xbox.com is the only way to contact them. If you're having issues submitting a review, you would need to try clearing your browser's cookies/cache or trying another browser.
