Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error! - R6034

I want to download my photo/videos from my Canon camera into my computer. Connecting my camera to the computer and choosing CanonWindow from AutoPlay window, I receive this message, "Microsoft Visual C++Runtime Library. Runtime error R6034

Application has made and attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly...."

So I can't use Canon software at all.

Thank you for your reply. 

I can download photos without Canon software but I can't download any videos.  I tried Wizard and so on but videos just couldn't be downloaded into computer. 

 

Now I receive message, "Canon Utilities CanonWindow experiences a problem and has to be closed..." and Microsoft asks send a report. 

 

Using AutoPlay window, I can't open Nikon Transfer too. Probably, there is a problem with the  AutoPlay window?

 

Any ideas?
