Windows 8 stuck at 30%

Hi I have a brand new Lenovo ideapad z585 and I just press restart and the windows 8 update has been hanging at 30% for atleast 10 minute what can I do?http://i1020.photobucket.com/albums/af325/eminembeastfan25/Snapbucket/51941B8F_zpsf68c76b0.jpg

EDIT: Been atleast 15 minute and no progress

EDIT!: Now its stuck at restarting been atleast 5 minute,

EDIT!!: Still stuck at restarting.
