Windows 8 Pro, joined to a domain. The App Store is not working."

I keep getting  "Your purchase couldn't be completed, Something happened and your purchase can't be completed".

 

The problem here is, from a local account it works but from my domain login it does not. I have it tied to a Microsoft Account as well. I uninstalled an App in the domain user account and can't get it back. The app is still there and working in the local user profile.

 

What is happening here? Need into ASAP
