To assist you further with this issue, I would like to know some information regarding the same.
1. What happen when you connect the tablet to the Windows 8 computer?
2. Do you get any error code or error message?
3. Have you tried installing the Live Suit for Azpen tablet on Windows 8 computer?
Usually the tablet/device manufacturer provides a suit/software to connect the device to the computer. Like Kies for Samsung devices, Azpen devices have Live Suit, I would suggest you to try installing the Live Suit and check if it helps.
