1. Does the issue persist only with PDF(Portable Document Feeder) files?

2. Were there any changes (hardware or software) made to the computer prior to the issue?

Perform steps from the link mentioned below and see if the issue persists.

A minor point, but let me point out that "PDF" stands for "Portable
Document Format."
