I'm just setting up a new SurfacePro4 running Windows 10 and trying to set the "Settings > Accounts > Sync your settings" option to be active. I can turn the sync settings on and it appears to be active, but if I leave the menu and come back it's all disabled again??
I've followed the exact same steps on 2 other devices - no problems. I'm not seeing any errors, it just won't save the settings.
The only difference between this and the other devices is the others were upgraded from Win 7 and Win 8.1, so I didn't have the option to nominate the device as "belonging to an organisation or a personal". In this case I chose organisation and joined an Azure AD (via my O365 subscription). That said - the other devices have also joined that Azure AD - just 'after the fact' rather than during the initial Win10 install.
Any ideas? I've been searching but can't find any reports of others with the same problem??
Actually - just realised another difference... the other devices have not yet installed the cumulative update for Win 10 as they're still in the "you can roll-back Windows if you like" grace period.
