Since upgrading to WIndows 10 certain programs do not connect to the internet. These include STEAM, Fantasy Grounds, MyDrive, PureVPN (at least not in TCP mode). However, Chrome and edge work with no problem.
I also get a Microsoft.Net Framework window that pops up when I start/restart my system. Part of the text in the box is as follows:
