How do I create a new theme in Visio 2013?

How do I create a new theme in Visio 2013? I can see how to selct one but not to creat a new one.
Click on "DESIGN" ribbon tab -> Under "Variants" group, Select "More" drop down button(below scroll down arrow) -> Click on "Colors" -> Click on "Select New Theme Colors" 

Refer below image-

In the New Theme Colors dialog box, choose the colors or effects you want, and click OK.

Note: Before you create a custom theme, first apply a theme that is similar to the theme you want to create. Then, when you open the New Theme Colors dialog box, most of your choices will already have been made.

Note that the Variants group only shows up for files in vsdx format, i.e. when viewing a file in vsd format the Vriants group is not visible on the Design Tab.
