"The file is corrupt and cannot be opened" in excel 2013

when i opened a local file -xls (saved on version 2003-2007) it showed the content,

i.ve tried to uncheck the items under the trustcenter-protected view, but this was not working!

why?  and most inoric thing i created that file~!!!

1.       Were you able to open this file earlier using Excel 2013?

2.       Was this file transferred onto this computer via email or a flash/USB drive?

 

This issue may occur if the file is damaged or corrupted. You may try to open the file using the ‘Open & Repair’ option, see if that helps. Refer ‘Method 1’ in the article given below, on how to use this option.

Note: Save a backup copy of the file before you perform the repair.
