Error 4363 when trying to send an email in Entourage 2008

I am getting an error message in Entrouage when trying to send an email.  The error message that keeps coming up is 4363 does anyone know what that references and what could be the problem?

Basically says that "If you get error 4363 on a transmission attempt, and you have one or more attachments, try deleting and re-attaching the file or files."
