microsoft 365 login

I have two microsoft 365 accounts and I have only been able to get to one. I used to be able access both of them. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Val,

First please make sure your account and password is correct. If still no success, please check the followings:

If you are user, contact your admin to verify your account info and reset your password. Otherwise, you may refer to the solutions in the article A user or an administrator forgot his or her password in Office 365, Azure, or Intune

Let us know if you need further assistance with some screenshots of the symptom when you log in.
