Hey, just fixed the issue. Remove the latest update from your hard drive, do not download it when prompted. Instead put in a game disc like Skyrim then it will ask you to download it, SAY YES.

Mines has been doing this since the dashboard update. It plays other games but doesn't play MW3.

I swear it's a Update problem, because if I turn my console on after a long period of time not being used it will detect my Skyrim disc and load it up. But after that it when I try and load a game or start a new one it will not load up. Then the disc drive gets back to it's old tricks giving this error code.

That suggests, that something on the console loads up at boot up and causes the problem, similiar to a how melware works on a computer system. Similiarly, it has a clear connection to the last update, which makes me think there is a piece of coding that is unintended and has caused the issue and by sounds of it.

6 Digit codes apperntly have a connection to the Piracy update, but none of my games are pirated, heck one of them was purchased afew days ago from Gamestation and is brand new (KoA). In addition, my console has not been modified in anyway externally or otherwise. So sending it in for repair and see what they say, but have a feeling they will send it back and either say there was an issue or they found no issue.

If the prior case, the only varible would be, the UPDATE. Hence we can narrow it down solely to that issue.
