Viruses/Malware on the xbox?

Hi there. So I know this is an incredibly dumb question (that I already know the answer to), but I just want to prove to someone (ahem my dad cough cough) that there is no way in hell anyone can download any form of malware or virus from the xbox 360. If you could please prove me right (or wrong. I'm happy to get second opinions) that would be very appreciated! If you can, also explain? But really, you dont have. This is more just a poll. Thanks so much!

Side note: The reason he believes this is because our internet went down twice in 2 days. Being the stubborn, paranoid person he is, I became the scapegoat of the incident.

No, the console won't get a virus/malware. Essentially the OS on the console is a proprietary software so development of things like that is not common. Similar to Linux and MacOS.
