Hi, I'm trying to use my account balance of £5.31 to buy The Witcher 2 (£4.99) and it's not giving me the option to do it on the site. It's only giving me the option of using my debit card.
Any ideas on what's happening, or what I can do?

Unable to use balance to buy game

The site does not support the ability to use the currency on your account to make purchases.
You need to do it from the console.

The problem there is that I'm unable to access my console until tomorrow, meaning I'm going to miss the deal. I'm sure I was able to use currency quite recently, though?

Maybe, but never on the website.
Since the update that removed Points as a payment option the website has been unable to accept the MSA as a payment option.
It can currently only accept credit cards and PayPal
