Question regarding Xbox Repair and DL'd content.

After alot of trouble shooting, I'm having to send in my 4g Xbox 360 Slim (the one WITHOUT the removable hard drive) in for repair. Though, my question is:

I play Magic the Gathering on the Xbox 360, and have downloaded each of the 3 expansions, which cost 400 creds each - roughly $15. Now with sending my Xbox in for repair, if they can't fix it, refuse to fix it, or have to ship me a new refurbished Xbox 360 Slim, will I have to repay to be able to play that downloaded content? Or does the information that I've downloaded it stay on my Xbox Live Account?
