I bought the game 'Battlefield 4' to my correct Xbox Profile, but for some reason I thought it was a digital copy. I used my old address, and e-mail, (thanks to Google's Auto-fill feature), but I thought nothing of it. I do not live at the address or have the password to the e-mail. So I either need to change the shipping address or cancel payment completely if possible. I am willing to work with Microsoft in any way possible to fix my problem. Thank you very much.

Purchase being shipped to wrong address.

You will need to contact the online retailor that you purchased the game from. One thing that Ive done in the past is call up UPS or FEDEX and get them to hold my package at the shipping center and go pick it up there. But if that isnt an option you need to contact whoever you purchased the game from

If the order's already shipped I don't think there would be anything the Microsoft Store could do for you. You may want to get in touch with them to see if they are able to assist you in some way.
If the order hasn't shipped yet, they should be able to cancel it for you and refund the money. You should reach out to them via their site
