Motal kombat

I purchased mortal kombat 3 before the new arcade mortal kombat came out and now I can not play mortal kombat 3 I feel like i have wasted my 800 ms points for nothing . I believe I should get a refund of,my points or a download for the new one.

As stated on the marketplace, there are no refunds. If you're still using the same account that purchased it, you should be able to redownload the game from your download history - support.microsoft.com/.../962228

the game was replaced by the new arcade version i understand the no refund part but that is for those who buy something and no longer want it i still want that game but it is gone and can not be downloaded anymore

i did do that but i did not get a number but i found the game on one of my hard drives and it would not allow me to play it
