I bought my boys a xbox 360 after my xbox crashed an now they can not play the original games. I was told there was an update i could download on an USB drive but I can not find it. PLEASE help. Contact me at [email removed] ASAP please.

How do I update xbox 360 to play original xbox games

* Please try a lower page number.
* Please enter only numbers.
As long as you're using an official MS hard drive and the games are backwards compatible, they will already work. If the console is connected to Live it will automatically download any updates needed when you put in the game.
If you do need to manually update your console, then you would have to go here - http://support.xbox.com/en-us/pages/xbox-360/how-to/update-xbox-360/system-updates.aspx

it depends on what xbox 360 you got .if you got the 4gb with kinect model you will need to buy a hard drive.cause i got that same problem
