Can only run in short bursts

First off, I am not over burdened. My weight is only 201/300 but when I try to run my character only goes a couple feet then stops. It doesn't look like I have any poisons either. What gives?

@Wilson69, thank you I forgot to mention I had full stamina. In fact the small amount of running I could do would decrease my stamina.

Speaking of glitches, has anyone seen their third person view become a very close shot of your character? It's almost like I'm playing Dead Space because that's what it looks like. I could have sworn that the original third person view was a few feet behind the character. Can't be positive on that though.

@Advantage Camo: You can adjust 3rd person view. Hold in RS... then you can adjust your position with the LS. I was so mad at the 3rd person view in this game until I found that out. Now I think it's the best 3rd person ever. lol

Yeah, I usually run around with my weapon out because of that bad angle. As for that crouch glitch, it happened to me too.

Yeah I realize that. What happened in my case was that the 3rd person view was zoomed in to the max, making it annoying to use 3rd person view while traveling. If you do what hpgem says, you can zoom way out, which is nice.
