When I turn my XB1 on it shows me the green screen with the logo on for a bit and then it just goes to a completely black screen and nothing else happens. This started a couple of days ago when the update came out, but I never even got to the update screen so I don't know if that affected it.
I've tried power cycling, booting in low res mode and pretty much everything else I've seen recommended.
I'd send it in for repair but I need to find my serial number, which isn't very easy when the console won't do anything.
