i am woundering are Xbox Live Ambassador's do they work for Microsoft? And or Xbox Live?? also i am woundering what a Enforcement Team is Security that manager's players who cheat, mod gamerscore and or do something against Xbox Live Policy's or Stuff like that. and how long does it take for em to handles cases like thos im curious

Ambassadors are normal people that enjoy playing XBOX live as much as you do. We are not employees of Microsoft or XBOX live, we simply enjoy helping people with questions.
Microsoft monitors with their own enforcement policies, and you can report players for cheating/modding using the feature from your "Recently Played With List"

We ambassadors are fellow gamers who signed up to a volunteer program to help out others as best we can with what we learn as we go along. We don't work for microsoft in any way, and have no power to do anything at all.
Enforcement are like a secret ninja group. All reports go to them, they don't post on these forums, they are the only people with powers to ban or suspend anyone. Otherwise, nothing is really known about them, but they know all.
