Stuck at "Signing in"

Changed my GamerTag, using the website.  This was fine, until the Profile BIO screen came up and I hit save.  This resulted in some "Oops you found and error", or something like that.  Turned on the 360, my old GamerTag was there, I tried the Recover, after a bit it came back with "Could not sign on at this time, try later".  Power down box, rebooted ran XboxLive test (passed) my new GamerTag was up so I I try to sign on and now it just sits there endlessly signing on.  Help!

Try to clear your XBOX 360 System Cache, delete the profile again, and then re-recover it. Let us know what happens then.

Thanks for the help, unfortunately that did fix the problem.  Still stuck at Signing In.

Hassassin, my apologies it did work after I deleted the profile and re-recovered.  My reading comprehension rather sucks today.
