Strict NAT with no access to the router...

We moved into a new place last week and our NAT is now strict. The apartments we live at provide free wireless internet and we have no physical places to plug in any devices.  This is fine, but our NAT is strict and I'm not sure what to do.  I've run this gauntlet before at my parents house so I'm not a complete noob when it comes to opening a NAT, but I was wondering what I could do in this situation.

If I need to try and find someone knowledgeable with the networking (dubious task though it is) what should I even begin to tell them?

Would love some advice in the matter.

Hi,

If you have no access to the router I'd say your going to struggle. The best thing to do would be to speak to the person who runs the network to find out what options are available in terms of configuration changes
