Sign In Credentials

So I updated my gamertag on my computer, and It wouldn't refresh on my xbox, so I signed out on my xbox, but then when I went to sign back in, It came up with a message saying "Sorry, there's a problem with the credentials your using to sign in. Go to https://account.live.com to fix the problem." but it has nothing on there to do with fixing the problem, and all I just want to do is sign back in. I looked it up and it said to delete that character profile from my settings, So I did so and nothing happened, what do I do?

Hey there Sophia! If you haven't already, can you try Downloading your profile on the console to see if that sorts things out. Let us know how that goes, thanks!

Hey there ToxicantOhio2, are you able to go to the account page listed?  What happens when you try that? Also what happens when you try to download it?  Please make a new thread with these details and we'll get to the bottom of it! :)
