how do i reset my family settings ? 

If you remember the passcode you entered you would enter that to save the new settings.  If you cannot remember the password you will need to contact support for help in resetting them.

But i will try to use my mediumunic powers!!!(just a joke i will try to resolve based in most comum porblem)

You have lost your butom acess code sequence to family settings?

If your problem is that you have to make your console go back to fabric settings you do that going in settings, system, and use go back to fabric settings (that´s only erase your configurations and dash updates...) after that that only enter in family control and change the settings of your interest.
