I was told by customer support chat that I would need to mention this issue here in the hopes that a member of the Enforcement team might see it.
So when I first started gaming online with the xbox360 I was a bit of a noob and did not know that it was "impolite" to leave a mach before it ended. This resulted in a few bad rep marks for leaving early. I admit that was my fault for not knowing, but a majority of my bad rep has come from "trolls" in Halo Reach. You know, the guys that team kill you and when you boot them they give you bad rep, or you get to a sniper rifle/vehicle before they do so they give you bad rep, or they just give you bad rep for absolutely no reason whatsoever. The main problem is that more players give undeserved bad rep than players that give good rep and I don't have a slew of online friends to ask to spam good rep on me.
I haven't really been concerned with the bad rep as matchmaking has not relied much on the rep system. I am concerned now since the xbox one WILL be relying on the reputation system for matchmaking. I was hoping if at all possible I may have this case reviewed by a member of the Enforcement team.
