LOCKED - My Gamer-tag superping71

Hi guys,

               Can you please tell me why my gamer score was reset and also why when i view my gamer profile on my xbox it says my gamer zone is cheater the only 2 people who play my xbox is me and my 14 year old son and no cheating or hacking allowed as my son is disabled ( learning disablity ) and plays the xbox non stop from morning until the early hours i ahve better things to do than cheat on a game score pleae can this be fixed as i think my gamertag was hacked recently very Disappointed indeed and my son is not very happy at his gamerscore now!!!!!!

If you feel as if this happened while the account was not in your control, call 1-800-4-my-xbox and open an unauthorized access case so the account can be reverted back to what it was.
