Hey there,
I stopped playing live for about a month, and now I can't remember what my little code on the controller was, and now I can't sign in!
How do I get rid of the 4 digit password, or how do I change it?

I forgot the 4 digit password to my xbox live. Help!

In the 'My Xbox' channel of the dashboard, you can navigate to 'System Settings' and then 'Memory.' There, you should see profiles listed. Select your profile, and then delete the PROFILE ONLY.

I had the same issue, i had to delete my PROFILE and ITEMS, then recover my profile....
Sucked loosing all my saves, sucked more not being able to get online tho....

yes deleteing the profile then recovering it again worked thanks alot 3 years i have wanted that account back lol and now it back online thanks =D

Hey there Beast! Deleting your profile will not remove any of your friends or achievements. All that is stored on our side, and you get a fresh copy any time you download your profile.
