Error Status Report

Hi all, all of a sudden my connection has become terrible, after a couple of years of it being fine. It's incredibly laggy with a one bar connection on games such as MW2.

I just tested my connection and this error status report came up:

W: 0000-0021

X: 0000-F001

Y: 20A8-4840

Z: 0000-0000

ID: FFFF-FFFF

Is there anything I can do to make sure my connection is fine again? I have no clue about this.
