Hey there!  OK it sounds like you might have had a half-created account with an email different than the one you normally use.  Please use the steps on Http://xbox.com/forgot to locate the email on your primary account.

I have the same message but its only with my other profiles when I try to switch. it just started doing this. I put in my email and password and still nothing. I (the main account profile) works fine. My sons can go in as guest but thats it. HELP!!!! I called and was online for help but noone has been able to help.

@Miss Ermine.  I  cant do what you suggested. because i cannot log in using my gamer tag. it ask for and email and password. but when i enter the email and password which i have used since ever, i get an error message. i think my emial has been tied to two different gamertag

@RoutineStream26 Hmm, there's not a way for an email to be tied to two accounts.  Do you have any other emails you do/did use for this kind of thing?  Or is the profile currently loaded on any other consoles?

I am having the same issue.  I can log in using my main gamertag, but when I try to use a different gamertag, it gives me this code.

I just reset my router and it worked it might have been my connection? Its fine now though
