can't connect to xbox live

Good day

I still cannot connect to xbox live. I did restart my xbox and router but nothing. i did talk to xbox support person but still nothing. 

My nat is open and it say services is all available, but when i do a network test  it say, " your network is good, but there are some xbox service issues." there is a problem on your side. this is what i explain but the people don't understand. Fix the problem! i pay a lot of money for games and for my xbox live!

Login to your account in offline mode and then turn off offline mode.

Currently experiencing the same problem except when I check network connection it simply says everything is fine your console is connected to the internet yet if I try and run any app or game it says they're having trouble accessing my data and kicks me to offline mode, there are no service alerts for xbox live it all says its working fine.

The main dashboard just has my current in use panel then an empty box that says connect to xbox live but this button doesn't do anything I have to manually bring up the settings page to get to network test

Please sort this out soon as I literally renewed my gold membership this morning, either give me what I payed for or give me my money back

Sorry for the double post I just tried the sign out/sign in and this works

Not happy though I use auto sign-in for a reason

I can't sign in, but different message. I do a test and it says I'm not online and need to connect. It picks up my broadband wifi signal, I type in the correct password but it comes up 'cannot connect. Check you network name and password and try again'.

I know it off by heart, have double checked anyway, typed in lower and upper case, tried turning xbox off and logging out. Nothing.

signed out and back in again - still wont work.

I cant sign onto xbl

i cant open youtube

Here are some other things i tried.

cleared my mac

tested using google dns

rebooted router

tried a different ISP.
