In the meantime, I would like you to change your server settings for your email provider. Look on your email account provider's website for the server settings.
1. Start Windows Live Mail.
2. Click the email account you need to change.
3. Click the Accounts tab, and then click Properties.
4. Click the Servers tab, type the information provided by your email service provider, and then click
OK.
You might also have to change information in the Advanced tab.
