No response to Printers and Faxes from Control or Print Command from Word/Excel

No response to PRINT from either Word or Excel or anyother Print Command.  No response from Control Panel access to Printer and Faxes. 

Any fix for this problem?  Everything else works on Windows XP

If the printer driver is corrupt, you must remove the old one first, either in step 4 described in Article One, or by using the procedures described in Bruce Sanderson's article. 

If you don't remove the old driver, Windows will use it even if you download and think you are installing a new one.
