Unable to turn .NET Framework 3.5 on in Windows Features, error code: 0x800F0906

original title: Using Windows 8 PRO and can't turn on windows feature ".net Framework 3.5. It won't download from Microsoft. What is my problem?

I keep getting error code 0x800F0906 when I try to turn on " .net Framework 3.5". It just won't download. What am I doing wrong?
