"Change pc" option in the settings charm not opening! help!
I have had this OS for 2 days and i can not open the "change pc settings" in the settings charm on the bottom. I upgraded from windows 7 home premium to this and activated. i am in the middle of a SFC scan and will post when it is done. If possible, can
any of your soloutions NOT remove any files from my hard drive?

1. What happened when you try to open PC settings from charm?
2. Are you logged in using Microsoft account or Local account?
System File Check (SFC) might fix this issue. I would also suggest you to try create a new user account and check the issue status.
Follow the steps:
a. Press “Windows Key + W”.
b. Type Users in the search box and select “Users” option from the left panel.
c. Select “Add Users” under “Other users” option.
d. Add the user profile details.
e. Then login to the new user account and then check if this fixes the issue.
