I would suggest you to try the following methods and check the issue status.
Method 1:
I would suggest you to run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter to diagnose the exact issue.
Follow the steps:
a.Press “Windows Key + C” to open Charms Bar.
b.Select Search option.
c.Select “Settings” then type “Troubleshooter” in the Search box and hit enter.
d.Select “Hardware and Sound” from the Troubleshooter Window.
e.Select “Hardware and Devices” under Devices option.
f.Follow the On Screen instructions.
Method 2:
I would suggest you to download and install the drivers from manufacturer’s website in Windows 7 compatibility mode, then check if this fixes the issue.
