how to import pictures from memory card that is in printer-DellV305

I am trying to import pictures to my computer using a memory card that I put in the printer (DellV305) , it says I have 37 pictures.....but when it scans....there are no pictures.   Can you help?

When the card is in the media slot on the printer...try the following steps.

Go to...Start / Computer.

If the media reader is recognized as a Removable Disk...left clicking it
should display the directory of the memory card. You may be able to copy
the photos from there.

Hi,

 

I would suggest you to follow the steps and check if it helps.

 

Follow the link and check if it helps.

a) Put the Memory card back to your camera.

b) Follow the steps in the link: How do I get pictures from my camera to my computer?

 

 

If the issue still persists, contact Dell Support and check.
