windows media runs slow on xbox 360

windows media center runs slow on xbox 360. menus seem to delay. OK i checked my firewall and i even setup a static ip on the xbox and enabled port fowarding. but nothing seems to work. my pc runs ok. but any time i try to use the media player it takes for ever. plz  help. i enabled xbox in my homegroup as well. any info would be awesome

Welcome to Microsoft Answers Forum.
I would suggest you to disable all security software and firewalls, I would suggest you to change the link speed and see if thet help.
