Answer

Hi ,

If you have issues opening Internet Explorer because of DLA(Drive letter access) program, then you may follow these steps:

1. Close all Internet Explorer windows.
2. Open a new Internet Explorer window. You will see an Internet Explorer window that states that the "Drive Letter Access" Internet Explorer add-on
can cause Internet Explorer to crash or to stop responding.
3. Click Always open Internet Explorer without this add-on.
