Windows 10 freezes randomly

This might be caused by software conflicts. As an initial workaround, we suggest performing a clean boot  to eliminate software conflicts. Refer to this article to know how to perform a clean boot.

Hi Anne,

Unfortunately after a clean boot and Win 10 repair I still get my system to freeze. I've been testing it for the past few days and i get 2-3 freezes a day.

Do you have more suggestions?

For us to further isolate the issue about the freezing of your PC, we need additional information. Have you made any recent hardware or software changes to your computer prior to this issue?
