There might be a possibility that this issue might have occurred due to corrupt or missing Windows files or some third party applications is causing conflict in the computer.

1. Did you make any significant hardware and software changes recently in the computer?

To check which version of Direct X is installed in the computer, please follow the steps given below.

If the issue still persists, follow method 2.

Method 2:

To diagnose the problem whether any third party program or application is causing the conflict, I would suggest you to try “clean boot” and check installing DirectX using DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer download link and check if it helps.

Placing your system in “Clean Boot” state helps in identifying if any third party applications or startup items are causing the issue.

You need to follow the steps from the article mentioned below to perform a Clean Boot.

If the issue does not occur in “Clean Boot”, then you may determine which application/service on the computer is causing this issue. Note: Refer "How to reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshooting" to reset the computer to start as normal after troubleshooting.

Inadequate hardware can also lead to  this sort of DirextX error.

- You left out the most important part - Graphics processor (in the Display tab)

Core 2 duo cpu is getting old ( '09 release date ), and only just meets the minimum requirements for this game.

"somebody said it requires Directx 11 to play."

The game requires a DX 11 capable graphics processor. Win 10 has DX 9, 10, 11 & 12.

- If your graphics processor is also this old,  especially if it is an Integrated graphics processor

of similar age as the cpu,  it may not be capable of running the game, even if it is DX11 capable.

Were you able to get Win10 specific drivers for your graphics processor ?

- The Direct X version on the dxdiag image you linked to is only the highest level of DX in Win10,

not what the graphics processor is capable of running.

- The Display tab is where you can find which version of DX your graphics processor is capable of using.

- Nvidia graphics processors ( GTX 200 series) from '09 are limited to DX10.

- AMD HD 5000 series from '09 is DX11 capable.

i think the file opencl.dll was not repaired by windows 10

please help what to do now??  i need that file so that i can replace it

Steam is supposed to install all the needed runtimes for games, but I've noticed some games do not. You can also browse to your steam apps folder, the game folder and see if directx runtime is there you can install.
