table move handle not available in Word 2013 on Surface RT
I notice that when I create a table in MS Office 2013 RT and attempt to drag the table on a page via the Table Move handle, the 4-arrow move handle does not appear. Where is it and how do you drag a table on the Surface RT?
I had the same problem and didn't find an answer anywhere online, but just stumbled into the solution. On the top of your window, click on the icon that looks like a finger, and choose "optimize for mouse" This enabled it for me!
