sending an email to all my contacts in Office 365 Outlook

I have looked all over the internet and cannot find a way to send a broadcast email to my entire Outlook contact list using the Office 365 program.  I have my own website through GoDaddy and this is the email they carry.   I can find information on how to create a group but none of the Outlook programs look like the one I have to use.  I am not finding this user friendly at all.  Any help you can give to me would be greatly appreciated!
You're indicating that Office 365 Home is in use so that sould be Outlook 2016 desktop version - as opposed to using webmail (using your browser)

The following should apply (applies equally to Outlook '2013)

You don't need to create a group to send everyone a message.

You can click the To button and select all (select first, hold shift and scroll down, select the last entry) - click the BCC button to add all to the BCC field.

You can go into contacts, select all then click the Email button - this will add all to the To field.

You can create a list view that only has the email address field, select all, copy and paste into the to or BCC field.

Mail merge might be a better option though, as there is a limit to the number of addresses you can send a message to.

One way to send to all of your contacts is to open the Contacts folder, select all the entries using Ctrl+a, then drag the selection to the Inbox. This will open a new message window with all of your contacts in the To field. If you wish to hide the addresses from the recipients, select all of the To field contents (again using Ctrl+a) and drag the selection to the Bcc field.
