"Outlook not implemented" error code

I've been running Outlook 2010 beta for a few month with little to no issues.  This afternoon I installed several updates and immediately following the required reboot Outlook was stalled upon launching.

Clicked on the File tab and a read colored warning box was listed in the top of the middle "Account Information" section that stated Outlook was upgrading.  Upon clicking send/receive an error message appears that says "Not implemented".

Thanks everyone for your help.  I was using Outlook 2010 beta with my corporate Exchange (small business) account.  I was desparate two days ago, so I bit the bullet and installed the released version.  That did the trick.  Extreme, I know, but as I said, I was desparate.

I very much appreciate having the fixes, though, in case something breaks again.
