KB3070677 failed at 67% in Windows 10 Tp build 10130

KB 3070677 update still can't install on build 10130, after 67% going back without success..and again, again...

i finally got them installed by performing yet another upgrade of build 10130 to 10130 and letting the setup download the updates.

seems to be working since now there are no updates according to windows update (fast ring)

What worked for me on desktop pc. Download 10130 ISO and right click on file. Select MOUNT. Run setup and let it check for updates. When complete I ran INSTALL and installed 10130 on top of itself. When it was completed, the pc rebooted into my desktop with no visible changes and kb3070677 now shows as installed
