Xbox freezes when I go in to play purchased maps.

Ok this is an issue that we have had for about a month.  Prior to a month ago I could go in and play any of my downloaded map packs.  Then my Xbox started freezing up every time I go into any map pack.  I have called Xbox about 6 times over the past month and it came down to we didn't have enough storage.  So yesterday we went out and purchase the 250 GB and after getting everything switched over and downloaded to this "new" machine we are having the SAME EXACT issues.  Called Xbox back again today and after a 30 min phone call and going through the same steps we did on the old system NOTHING helps.  HELP PLEASE!! 

Okay, what game is this occurring in? Is it multiple games? At what point does the Xbox 360 freeze, exactly? And can you return to the dashboard when that happens, or do you have to restart the system?

PLEASE READ THIS COULD HELP YOU! Maybe on the old console you didn't have enough memory for the game, not to run the game. It probably showed 100% installed but really maybe it isn't all installed. Uninstall it, then install it again.
