Stolen?

Please call the XBox Support number for your area and discuss this with the Billing Department.  Posting using inappropriate language accusing Microsoft of theft is not going to solve your problem.

I'm sorry if my language is inappropriate but its easy to say when this has not happend to you. Also (maybe this is just me)  but as a costumer I don't think you should need to go through this much problem for something that xbox has caused.

Another reason for me posting here and not calling is that the support I got from here was wrong, and if I would call them now I would not even have  proof that I have even downloaded the map pack, sense I was told from this site to delete it from my hard drive.

It would be nice if I could get some other suggestions from this site, and all help I can get is much appriciated, as long as the "help" wont make it worse. Or maybe the only thing I can do right now is to call the xbox support?

Trust me, the folks at Support have access to any and all of the necessary information needed to sort out your problem.  If you payed for the map pack once, it is yours to delete and download as many times as you like for the life of your account, so the folks at Support will not be concerned about whether or not you downloaded it a hundred times or just once.
