The LCPSA (Liberty City Public Safety Administration) is a fun, realistic, & role-playing police clan which operates on Grand Theft Auto IV and The Balled of *** Tony and has multiple divisions including: ESU, MPVC, Dispatch, Aviation, & Fire Rescue. The clan has about 15 officers and has multiple ranks that you can earn that a real life police department would have. and has some the best equipment such as their own CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) system and has one of the best training to date.
