halo: reach

i know about probation on reach matchmaking if you leave too many games. but a few days ago i was being set up with others that had either bad connections causeing the game to lag, or others that weren't moving at all, so i left a few games. the next day during the middle of multiple games i've played, a prompt would appear on the screen saying that i've left too many games recently and so if i leave more i'll be temporarily banned from matchmaking, and that prompt has been appearing everyday since, and i have not left a game since! And yesterday, july 25/2011, i was temporarily banned from matchmaking even though i had not left a single game yesterday! Now today, july 26/ 2011 around 12:00pm i turned my xbox on, loaded halo: reach, and the first thing that happens, is a prompt on my screen saying my xbox and my profile Fr05tyFlak35 has been temporarily banned from earning credits! i am furious!!! please check my account or do something to fix this problem, or if i did do something wrong that i magically hadn't realized what it is that i have done, please tell me how I can fix this problem. thank you for your time.
